McCann FitzGerald has confirmed that it will continue as a premium partner of the KPMG Women’s Irish Open in 2026, underlining its ongoing support for the advancement of women’s sport in Ireland.

The renewal comes as the tournament prepares for a new chapter next summer with a move to The K Club, where the championship will take place from 27–30 August on the Palmer South Course.

The venue has previously hosted three European Opens and will provide a new setting for one of the most successful and fastest-growing events on the Ladies European Tour calendar, with the tournament now attracting more than 40,000 spectators annually.

“We are delighted to partner once again with the KPMG Women’s Irish Open,” said Stephen Holst, Managing Partner of McCann FitzGerald LLP.

“Our experience last year highlighted the exceptional quality and momentum behind the tournament, as well as its positive impact on women’s sport and local communities.”

“As the Championship moves to The K Club, we see a significant opportunity to support its continued growth and to be part of an event that champions excellence, ambition, and opportunity – values that strongly align with McCann FitzGerald’s commitment to progress and performance at the highest level.”

Cian Branagan, CEO and Founder of ForeFront Group, welcomed the renewal.

“We are delighted to welcome McCann FitzGerald back as a Premium Partner of the KPMG Women’s Irish Open,” he said.

“Their continued investment reflects both their belief in the event and their commitment to supporting the growth of women’s sport in Ireland.”

“We are hugely appreciative of their partnership and the role they play in helping us deliver this world-class event.”

The continued backing from McCann FitzGerald adds further commercial momentum to the KPMG Women’s Irish Open as it enters a new phase of development in 2026, with the move to The K Club expected to enhance the tournament’s profile and spectator experience even further.

The tournament has established itself as one of the standout success stories in Irish sports event development, combining elite competition, solid attendance, and ever stronger commercial support as women’s golf continues to strengthen its position in the Irish sporting landscape.
