The 2024 One-Zero Conference gets underway in Dublin this evening at One Windmill Lane before moving to the Aviva Stadium for a full day on international content on Wednesday.

The event has attracted speakers and attendees from all around the world and promises to deliver inspiration and connection for anyone involved in the Sports Industry here in Ireland.

This evening we will hear from the ATP Tour, the STA Group and Techstars on Sports engagement with Web3; listen in on a conversation hosted by Jill Downey of Core with Lorin Hamlin of Under Armour and Glen Killane of Eurovision Sport on innovation; from Rachael Blackmore’s agent Rebecca Evans and Alex Wilde with Jonny Madill of Sheridans Sport on ‘Unpacking Commercial Strategy for Athletes; and Trev Keane of Epic Global leading a conversation on esports tourism.

Tomorrow’s session will be opened by Minister of State for Sport Thomas Byrne from Los Angeles, before exploring Olympics Innovation ahead of the Paris Games and the Evolution of Golf and Data with the co-founder of Trackman Fredrik Tuxen, Michael cole of the DP World Tour and Dan Zelinski of the Twenty First Group, moderated by Alex Saul of Carr Golf.

There is a session on Athlete Backed Sports capital and then an exclusive interview with Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Sports in conversation with Rob Hartnett of Sport for Business.

Innovation and a Start-Up Competition featuring Stephen O’Dwyer of Trojan Track, an alumni of the Sport for Business PwC 30 Under 30 and others from around the world round out the morning.

The afternoon will see Super Bowl winner Lonnie Paxton; Stuart Ramsey, Commercial Director of English Rugby; Federico Maques of Boca Juniors and Ian Capaso of AS Roma; Louis Saha and Ross Byrne; Graham Ross of Points Bet, Gráinnne Barry of Stats Perform and Niamh Tallon of Her Sport on stage discussing Regulation, Innovation, Player Care, Fan Engagement and more.

Andrew MacAuley, the CTO of TMRW Sports will also be on stage discussing why Golf needs to embrace innovation and technology with Conor Nolan, co-founder of Swing Golf Club.

There will be sidebar conversations and workshops hosted by Sport Ireland throughout the day and will wrap up at 5 PM with closing remarks from MC for the day Rob Hartnett and One-Zero Co-Founder Ross O’Dwyer.
