RTÉ Sport have today announced details of its live televised Allianz League coverage.
The action begins on Saturday 27th January with Kerry hosting Mickey Harte’s Derry in Tralee live on Saturday GAA Live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.
Next up, and also in football, All Ireland Champions Dublin travel to Castlebar to take on Mayo on Saturday 3rd February live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player.
The Allianz National Hurling League coverage starts on Saturday 10th February on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player with Cork hosting Kilkenny.
Allianz League Sunday returns to RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player on Sunday 28th January when Joanne Cantwell and guests will have highlights and analysis of the weekend’s league action.
There are three more football matches on each of the following weekends with Kerry and then Tyrone hosting Mayo, then Dublin taking to the road to play against Derry in Celtic Park on Saturday, March 4th.
Limerick will play Tipperary on Saturday, March 9th, and the group stage coverage rounds out with Galway against Dublin in football in Pearse Stadium on Saturday, 16th March.
That means no live coverage for either Roscommon or Monaghan in the League, at least on RTÉ.
Saturday Sport and Sunday Sport on RTÉ Radio One will carry commentary, reports and interviews throughout the Allianz National Leagues alongside score updates and reports on RTÉ website and the RTÉ News app.
TG4 will also be showing games from the Allianz League as well as from the Lidl Ladies Football National League, details of which have yet to be finalised.
