Shamrock Rovers has announced Macron as its new technical partner in a deal that covers the supply of technical sportswear to the club’s staff and players, from the first team to the Academy sides, and the development of a dedicated line of clothing and merchandise for supporters.
Rovers will wear Macron kit for the first time on Thursday in the away UEFA Conference League game against Rapid Vienna and the kit will be revealed to fans earlier that day. Home kit and 2025 Leisurewear and Training launches will follow within the next fortnight.
In recent years Rovers have been with Umbro as their kit partner and before that for a spell with New Balance.
“We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Macron”, declared John Martin, Shamrock Rovers’ CEO.
“This collaboration marks an exciting chapter for our club as we continue to strive for excellence both on and off the field. Macron’s commitment to quality and innovation aligns perfectly with our values and ambitions in Shamrock Rovers. We look forward to showcasing their high-quality range in the upcoming season and believe this partnership will bring great success to both parties.”
“This new partnership with Shamrock Rovers is important not just because it gives Macron the opportunity to reinforce its presence in Ireland, but also because of what the club represents,” added Gianluca Pavanello, Macron’s CEO.
“Along with the club, we look forward to celebrating 125 years of success through game kits that will offer Macron’s renowned quality and technology and express the spirit and identity of this great team through elegant designs and unique graphic details.”
