Sara McFadden
Sarah McFadden is the Partnership and Operations Coordinator at Vision Sports Ireland.
Over the past four years, Sara has played a key role in a variety of successes for Vision Sports Ireland, including the development and launch of a fully accessible, WCAG AA-compliant website and managing partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders and sponsors.
Sara has developed and coordinated in-person and online programmes, events, and training across various sports and groups.
She has been the event manager for the Zero Limits Track Day, which proved a unique opportunity for Vision Sports Ireland members who are blind or vision impaired to drive on the Mondello Park International Motorsport Track.
She has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of vision impairment and how best to adapt sports, facilities, and environments to increase accessibility and engagement in sport and physical activity. She has used this knowledge to help develop resources and training to build capacity in the community.
She graduated from Atlantic Technological University, where she earned a First-Class Honours in Bachelor of Business in Sport with Business.

Criteria
The criteria for submission are that the person should be working within the sports industry or in a sponsorship or agency capacity that brings sport to life and that they should have been born in or after 1995.
You are invited to submit names and a summary of why an individual should be recognised below.
From the start, our ambition has been to create a network of people making a real difference within our industry.

We will be naming one new 30 Under 30 individual in our Sport for Business Morning Bulletin from Thursday, March 20th, 2025
In May, we will gather once more in the offices of PwC to meet in person, share experiences, and forge valuable connections.
We will also examine additional ways to help those nominated enhance their careers and build strong friendships across the sector.
The Sport for Business Membership comprises over 300 organisations, including all the leading sports and sponsors, as well as commercial and state agencies.Â
