Sarah Gelletlie
Sarah is a sponsorship manager at Electric Ireland.
Since joining the company in 2023, she has made significant strides, being instrumental in leading high-profile sponsorships, including the GAA ‘This is Major’ Minors campaign and the multi-award-winning Darkness into Light campaign.
“Her innovative approach and dedication have brought these key sponsorships to life, earning widespread recognition,” read her nomination.
She leads the campaigns across various platforms, including media, creative, digital, PR, and onsite activation.
Last year’s Darkness into Light campaign won a European Sponsorship Award, an Irish Sponsorship Award, and was named the best non-sport sponsorship of the year.
Before joining Electric Ireland, Sarah worked for the Royal Dublin Society on the Dublin Horse Show and in marketing for Connolly’s RED MILLS, managing partnerships with the Longines Global Champions Tour and various race day events.
She recently completed the ESA Sponsorship Diploma, where she finished in the top 10 with a distinction in her final project.
She also holds a diploma in Digital Marketing from UCD and originally studied Equine Science at UCD.

So, who do you work with that has shone over the past twelve months and deserves recognition as they rise through their career?
It could be someone you work alongside or someone in another area you have admired or been impressed by.

Criteria
The criteria for submission are that the person should be working within the sports industry or in a sponsorship or agency capacity that brings sport to life and that they should have been born in or after 1995.
You are invited to submit names and a summary of why an individual should be recognised below.
From the start, our ambition has been to create a network of people making a real difference within our industry.

We will be naming one new 30 Under 30 individual in our Sport for Business Morning Bulletin from Thursday, March 20th, 2025
In May, we will gather once more in the offices of PwC to meet in person, share experiences, and forge valuable connections.
We will also examine additional ways to help those nominated enhance their careers and build strong friendships across the sector.
The Sport for Business Membership comprises over 300 organisations, including all the leading sports and sponsors, as well as commercial and state agencies.
