Like the first swallow of summer, the Hospitality Partnership has launched its brochure selling packages for the 2022 Guinness Six Nations at the Aviva Stadium.
There are three home games in next year’s tournament with Wales up first on Saturday, February 5th at 2:15 PM, followed by Italy on February 27th at 3 PM and Scotland on March 19th at 4:45 PM.
Packages are available for areas in the Havelock Restaurant, the Vavasour East and West Rooms and in the Marian College Marquee, with match tickets included around the ground.
With offices only starting to get back to the idea of a return to work, it is uncertain what the appetite will be among corporates entertaining at major events.
The evidence from events having taken place for the general public so far suggests there is a greater chance of a surge in demand as there is a reluctance to step forward, but early interest in these packages will be a good indicator.
Groups can entertain in tables of 8,10,12 or 18 with prices starting at €600 per head for the Italy game and rising to €875 for the opening fixture against Wales.
There is a caveat in the brochure saying that “We endeavour to fulfil the above packages as advertised, but if we are restricted in any way by
government guidelines due to Covid-19 we reserve the right to amend packages as required.”
Corporate hospitality took a major hit at the time of the economic crash between 2007 and 2011. It has been hard hit again over the past 18 months and it is still up in the air as to how it will bounce back.
Sport for Business will host a Member Check-In event to discuss the re-emergence of corporate Hospitality on the morning of Friday, October 15th. If you are interested in joining us for this event please get in touch below.
