Horse Racing Ireland has published a tender request today for the provision of public relations services around the new idea of an Irish Champions’ Weekend.
The process will lead to a closing date for applications of February 11th and will give the successful company an opportunity to play their part in building an event in Ireland which will be of global significance within the sport.
