Italy may not have quite the appeal back home as the All Blacks but the Rugby international in Soldier Field Chicago this coming Saturday will have plenty of appeal on the ground and will serve as a strong opportunity for fringe players to show their mettle ahead of the Guinness Series games to come.
The Irish Rugby Team departed for Chicago from Dublin Airport yesterday morning and sponsor Aer Lingus took the opportunity to show off their business class experience.
To mark the occasion they surprised players with specially-designed rugby-themed duvets to make the fully lie-flat beds even more comfortable.
It’s a small touch but one that has already played out well on social media and shows an imagination when it comes to promoting aspects of the service to rugby fans.
Why would you have a duvet if you couldn’t lie out flat? Job done in promoting that one aspect of the service.
