Lidl Ireland has demonstrated its ongoing commitment to women in sport this morning by announcing an exclusive sales period for ‘Girls Play Too: Inspiring Stories of Irish Sportswomen’, the first-ever collection of stories about Ireland’s most accomplished sportswomen.
We were joined on the Sport for Business Daily this morning by author Jacqui Hurley.
Jacqui explains the reasons why she kept playing sport as a teenager, the inspiration for the book coming from a trip to the zoo with her own kids and a friend called Evanna to whom the book is dedicated and much more.
