Sport for Business and the Sports Club Hub, in partnership with funding experts 2into3 are hosting a special event this evening which will help clubs from across the sporting spectrum have the best shot at securing money from the next round of Sports Capital Grant funding.
There are still a limited number of places remaining for the session.
Since the scheme was first published over €130 million has been distributed to clubs across every sport.
In the last round in 2019 GAA Clubs got over €16 million, Clubs in Soccer, Rugby, Tennis and Golf collectively got over €1 million.
This last scheme in 2019 saw 2,377 applications of which 994 across 37 different sports were successful.
The next will deliver transformative financial backing to clubs that are best prepared in their applications
This one-hour online session will help clubs to become one of the winners in the next round.
We will explore:
- What success looked like last time around?
- Which sports had the greatest success?
- What was the divide between urban and rural clubs?
- What were the key factors common to the winning applications?
- What do you need to do now to be ready?
We will gather information from you in advance of the session, on an anonymous basis and playback to the group some very specific recommendations.
