Client Services Director at Fifty-Three Six

 

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This candidate would have overall responsibility for key clients being serviced to the highest standard across all their projects with us. They would help shape client strategy, foster strong relationships at a leadership level, enabling us to drive growth and build sustainable partnerships.

Whilst this person wouldn’t be building campaigns, they would need a strong knowledge of the paid digital media landscape both from a performance and brand perspective. This person would work closely with our Digital Marketing team and Production Manager, whilst managing our creative designer.

An exciting element of this role is that the candidate will effectively be the first person to take up this role within 53Six. They will be able to carve out what the role develops into and establish processes and ways of working within the team. We see this role being involved in new business as well as developing existing client relationships.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall responsibility for servicing and growing key clients

  • Build relationships at a leadership level with our partners & clients

  • Oversee all the work that we are doing for key clients, ensuring everything is running smoothly — to time and budget

  • Be heavily involved and help to drive overall client digital strategy from organic to paid campaign

  • Have a deep understanding of our job margin/profitability and adapt accordingly

  • Identify new business opportunities (primarily existing but also potential clients)

  • Work closely with production team on key clients who bridge both services

  • Work with the team to establish new processes and procedures that will help us work more effectively as we grow

    • Help to shape the strategy of our digital team and our services offering

  • Some occasional travel to UK & other markets required

THE CANDIDATE:

  • 7-10 years experience working for a digital agency (or brand side)

  • Track record of  delivering top class service for big brands and growing accounts

  • Project management expertise across multiple functions, including  financial management

  • Ambitious and driven to have impact

  • An interest in sport is a big positive but not a prerequisite

  • People management experience

  • Comfortable working across multiple clients and projects – extremely organised

  • Has worked extensively across digital media campaigns; both on brand and performance campaigns

Insights Researcher at Cara

This is a brand new role designed to combine data collection and insight with the generation of relevant and applied learning resources and programmes which will continue to maintain Ireland’s commitment to enhancing sport and physical activity opportunities for people with disabilities.

You will report directly to the CEO and have a key role within an experienced team where you will help to demonstrate impact, feeding into programmes, policy, advocacy and future fundraising work to ensure sustainability and inclusive growth within the sector.

Using appropriate methodologies, you will direct the generation and collection of appropriate and valuable data relevant to Cara-Sport Inclusion Ireland (and other inclusive) programmes working alongside key national partners.

Inclusive Outdoors Coordinator at Cara

At a time when outdoor recreational activity is receiving increased profile and investment, Cara is looking for a creative, ambitious and experienced individual to lead the developments specific to accessibility and inclusion in outdoor recreational activities for people with disabilities.

The role will require work to be undertaken to position Cara Sport Inclusion Ireland against other relevant strategies such as the National Sport Policy, Sport Irelands Outdoor Strategy and the National Outdoor Recreation Strategy identifying how it can support an inclusive delivery of strategy objectives and targets.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and presenter with ambition and creativity who is willing to help drive increased opportunities for people with disabilities to reap the benefits of participating in outdoor recreational activity across Ireland.
