Advance tickets will cost €20 for adults, €5 less than will be charged at the ground on Sunday. The sale through the GAA sponsors’ outlets is being rolled out nationally this year after a successful trial by Tickets.ie in 2011.
Sunday’s double header sees Cork take on Kilkenny in the hurling and Cork face up against Wexford in the Camogie.
“We are delighted that both finals form part of two excellent double header fixtures with the GAA and further demonstrates the strong working relationship between both organisations,” said Camogie Association President Aileen Lawlor.
“Sunday’s finals will provide Gaelic games fans with a great opportunity to come out and support their sporting stars, male and female, and also strengthen the natural affiliation between the hurling and camogie communities. Following on from the launch of the National Hurling Development Plan in February the joint billing of hurling and camogie ties is another example of a strong desire to further develop and promote both games and a great example of how that can happen.”
