St. Mary’s College Rugby Football Club and long-standing sponsor, the Maples Group, are gearing up for the start to the Energia All-Ireland League this Saturday, 7 October when the rugby action returns to Templeville Road as St. Mary’s College takes on Buccaneers RFC in the league opener.

Following the game there will be a special screening of the Ireland Vs Scotland clash at the Rugby World Cup in Paris.

St. Mary’s College RFC has one of Ireland’s largest and fastest growing mini and underage programmes for boys and girls.

With a joint alignment on corporate social responsibility and community engagement, the Maples Group has partnered with the club over since the start of the 2021/22 season, using the power of rugby to make a positive impact in the community.

“Having partners like the Maples Group enables us to create new and exciting initiatives for the wider community,” said Head of Sponsorship at St. Mary’s, Stephen Bradshaw.

“Their unwavering support has been instrumental in our club’s growth and community outreach.”

“The Maples Group is committed to corporate social responsibility and to supporting sports clubs at the grassroots level,” added Ian Conlon, a partner at the firm.

“We are proud to partner with St Mary’s, a club that is strongly committed to making a positive difference in their community. We wish St Mary’s all the success, on and off the field, for the year ahead.”
