Dublin based nutrition brand Nutritics is ramping up its international offering with a new deal involving distribution in Saudi Arabia and an Australian Roadshow planned for the coming months.
It has also signed deals with the Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland Institutes of Sport to work with them and their athletes through the next Olympic cycle towards Tokyo 2020.
Sport is a major element of the company’s expansion to working with clients now in 125 countries around the world.
Manchester City and Chelsea Football clubs are among those who have seen the benefit of the most detailed nutrition planning as part of the overall performance of their players.
The company is also strong in the fields of education, working with UCD and Sheffield Hallam University and in healthcare where it works with the HSE and NHS.
“In February we launched a major upgrade to our software,” said Chief Operating Officer Stephen Nolan.
“This has enabled us to expand our range of nutrition information based services and expand further in the core areas of healthcare, elite sport, the food service industry and education.”
“Growing our business in the middle east, where we already work with some of the world’s leading thinkers in the area of sports science and nutrition is a key area for us in 2017 and the deal with our new partners in Saudi Arabia is an important element in that.”
As part of its expansion in the region Nutritics launched an advanced Middle East version of the software programme, enabling clients to search local foods and dishes, create recipes, analyze diets and build customized meal planning reports in Arabic.
Described by Stephanie Shreeve of the English Institute of Sport as “the best nutrition software I have ever used,” it is clear that Nutritics is making all the right moves across Europe and further afield.
It is a pleasure to have them as members of the Sport for Business community.
