RTÉ is to broadcast the English Vitality Women’s FA Cup tie this Sunday between Arsenal and Liverpool.
The game will feature a number of Irish stars fresh from their third-place finish in the Pinitar Cup in Spain, including Captain Katie McCabe for Arsenal and Megan Campbell, Niamh Fahey and Leanne Kiernan who could all feature for Liverpool.
The two sides are both on top of their respective tables in the English game with Arsenal leading the way in the Women’s Super League and Liverpool ten points clear of London City in the Championship.
Liverpool come into the game in a rich vein of form having scored 16 goals and conceded none in their last four games.
Arsenal though have a storied history in the competition winning it 14 times since it was first played in 1971.
