Danielle Murray

A highly skilled Video Creator, Danielle Murray joined the Football Association of Ireland in June 2024 and has quickly established herself as a key part of the Marketing and Communications Team.

In her role, Danielle is responsible for video content on women’s and girls’ football, focusing on the Ireland Women’s National Team. She created several viral pieces with the team, including the ever-popular squad announcement videos.

Alongside Emma Clinton, a previously recognised 30 Under 30 and the social media coordinator, and working closely with Gareth Maher, the Communications Manager, Danielle is part of a team that excels in bringing the stories within women’s and girls’ football to life. Her creativity and passion shine through in her work.

A former Ireland underage international, Danielle played in the SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division and also played in the United States, Spain, and Greece.

Danielle was educated at Limestone University in South Carolina, where she earned a Science Degree in Strength and Conditioning. She then completed a Digital Marketing Diploma at UCD.

Before joining the FAI, she worked as a freelance content producer and brand manager in the food business with Whole Foods Wholesale.

Criteria

The criteria for submission are that the person should be working within the sports industry or in a sponsorship or agency capacity that brings sport to life and that they should have been born in or after 1995.

You are invited to submit names and a summary of why an individual should be recognised below.

We will be naming one new 30 Under 30 individual in our Sport for Business Morning Bulletin from Thursday, March 20th, 2025

In May, we will gather once more in the offices of PwC to meet in person, share experiences, and forge valuable connections.

We will also examine additional ways to help those nominated enhance their careers and build strong friendships across the sector.
