Leinster and Irish international flanker Josh Van Der Flier teamed up with Avonmore Protein Gold in advance of the start of a new season of rugby this weekend.
Avonmore Protein Gold is the latest addition to the Avonmore Protein Milk product range, and Van Der Flier the latest sporting ambassador to come on board for the brand.
Last week Dublin GAA star Brian Fenton was in the same position.
Van Der Flier met virtually with media yesterday to discuss Leinster’s getting ready for this weekend’s resumption of the Guinness PRO14 and the defeat to Saracens in the Heineken Champions Cup where he was a second-half substitute.
Much of the blame for that defeat was placed on Leinster not being physically strong enough, making the choice of a weights session for yesterday’s photographs particularly apt.
