The Official online merchandise shop for the 2023 Rugby World Cup has been opened with a range of official merchandise for the tournament and each of the countries that will be participating.

There is a limited enough supporter range available as yet but the polo shirt, t-shirt and cap are staples and are available to buy right now.

The polo shirt is on sale for €42.95, the t-shirt at €30.95 and the cap at €20.95. There is also a hoodie in a similar bottle green at €61.95.

Advance online sales for the tournament in Japan in 2019 outperformed the previous staging in England by 50 per cent.

The sale of merchandise in advance and especially on-site at the tournament is a major part of the income that tournaments of this size and scale can generate.

Legends International operated the 80 stores that popped up across Japan for the duration of the 2019 tournament, including the 10,000 square feet megastore in the centre of Tokyo.

The tournament gets underway on September 8th next year. Ireland open up with two games against qualifiers before facing reigning champions South Africa in Paris on September 23rd and Scotland, also in Stade de France two weeks later.
