The IRFU hosted a special conference in Dublin yesterday looking at the ‘Leadership Journeys of Women in Irish Rugby.
The event was held to mark International Women’s Day and took place at Dublin’s Herbert Park Hotel throughout the morning.
Leading referee Joy Neville and broadcaster Fiona Steed were among those who joined IRFU Committee Members Mary Quinn and Su Carty for the gathering which brought together women from across the sport.
A new Female Leadership Development Programme was announced and we will have full details of that later today.
The IRFU video team was on hand to gather some of the highlights of the day.
