The LOI Show is a new programme from LOITV which is being streamed on the service free to view after each round of matches.
It provides highlights and analysis for fans of the SSE Airtricity League and, most importantly for those who are curious about what the games are delivering.
Hosted by former OTB Reporter and now WHPR Account Manager Oisin Langan, the show calls on players and commentators from across the Premier, Division One and Women’s National League, using clips drawn from the channel’s own live-streamed coverage of games.
We popped along to the Aviva Stadium this week to watch a live recording of the show and catch up with Langan as well as Cian Nelson and Nicola Brannigan of the FAI to see what was the purpose of the new programme, how this year’s viewing numbers were matching up and where they considered streaming’s role was now in the sports media landscape.
