Gymnastics Ireland is this week celebrating a GymSTART Challenge Takeover across social media channels.
It’s a great way to remember the benefits that have come from the programme with lots of online activities to get kids involved in at home.
Today’s Daily Video is a flashback to the first GymSTART event that took place in 2015 at the Mardyke Arena in Cork.
Since this start, a total of 7,000 young gymnasts from 238 clubs across 13 counties have taken part in the programme.
