Kildare based garage equipment suppliers Patch Tyre Equipment has teamed up with Mondello Park to partner on their new Rally Thrill Experience.
The Kildare venue has added to its many driver experiences lately and one of the additions is the Rally Thrill Experience, where guests tackle a rally stage at high speed, while the instructor not only gives advice but calls pace notes too.
The circuit has purchased two rally-prepared Ford Focus ST cars and both are now adorned with the Patch Tyre Equipment Logos front and back.
“We have always had an involvement in motorsport and this is an extension of that,” said Patch Tyres MD Brian Matthews.
“We have some trackside signage at Mondello Park and as we used to sponsor the McHales in various Ford Focus cars so we thought this might be a good match.”
“We have always had a great association with Brian, starting when he came on board as title sponsor of the Fiesta Zetec Championship back in 2013,” added Leo Nulty, Commercial Director at Mondello Park.
“When we decided to run a Rally experience, it was obvious that we could both benefit from an association.”
