Rory Traynor – Future Ticketing
Rory Traynor is a Client Relationship Manager with Future Ticketing.
He works with League of Ireland and NIFL Premiership football clubs, GAA County Boards, Racecourses, as well some national sports bodies such as Basketball Ireland and Hockey Ireland, acting as a point of contact and providing support for their online ticketing.
This season’s SSE Airtricity League has seen record season ticket sales and attendances.
Traynor joined Future Ticketing in August 2021 having previously spent four years as the Social media and Marketing Manager at Copper Face Jacks nightclub in Dublin.
He spent three years on the Cavan GAA PR and Communications Committee and has set up his own Content Business and, during lockdown, his own clothing business, Patch Clothing.
He is a 2016 Graduate of IT Carlow with a Degree in Media and Public Relations.

The criteria for nomination is that they should either be working in a role that sees them playing a significant part in sports administration, sports marketing or the commercial world of sport; or that they are a graduate of an Irish third-level institution and making their mark on the international stage, and that they were born in or after 1992.
