From an emotional night in Western New York to a farewell after 14 years on Sunday Sport, here are some of the highlights from the weekend of sport on social media…

 

If you have been following US Sport at all this week you will be familiar with the story of Damar Hamlin, the Buffalo Bills player who suffered a heart attack in last week’s game in the NFL but survived and is now sitting up in his hospital bed.

The final lineup for the AIB GAA All Ireland Club Football Championships was determined with Kilmacud Crokes of Dublin returning again and the delightfully named Watty Grahams Glen getting to the final for the first time in their history

 

Jockey Jack Kennedy has had a tough time with injuries and was stretchered away with a leg injury after a fall at Naas on Sunday.

 

 

 

The Vodafone Women’s Interpros got underway with wins for Leinster and Munster

While it was a very special day for Clara Bennett of Connacht, playing against Jenny Murphy ten years after being pictured with her at an Aviva Mini’s Festival.
