November 2024 Highlights on TikTok

 

 

246 TikToks were posted by Sport for Business members in November (-23% on last month), which resulted in 678,780 engagements (-13%) and 8.3 million views (-24%).

The United Rugby Championship (2.52 million), Ireland Football (1.5 million), and Irish Rugby (1.1 million) topped the view counts.

The URC and Irish Rugby topped the activity charts with 27 posts each, with the URC highlighting some of Sam Prendergast’s dazzling skills that led to his Test debut and Irish Rugby interviewing Sam after said game.

Horse Racing Ireland in third (21) continue to impress on the platform as they educated us on what it means when we hear that ‘the going is good’ or ‘heavy going’.

When ranked by average engagement per post, Ulster Rugby (15,131) topped the charts followed by Ireland Football (8,817), and the URC (5,449).

Ulster Rugby claimed the top TikTok for November as they wheeled out a tried and tested format with the ‘Grip Strength’ challenge – to date this content has over 60,000 public engagements and been viewed over 600,000 times.
